'Over exposed' was a RB 29 Superfortress photographic reconnaissance plane that crashed on to Higher Shelf Stones, Bleaklow, Peak District on November 3rd 1948 killing all 13 crew on impact. A surprising amount of the wreckage remains in place today.

I spent the day up around Scafell and Lingmell in the Lake District. In total I was out in 40mph winds and driving rain for about 7 hrs waiting for the light. Typically it arrives last thing, in the rain on my way back to Wasdale. Managed to fumble one.
