I was surprised at the vibrancy and clarity of the water here at Juniper Springs, FL. These springs contain pockets of limestone eroding under the surface, causing “boils” (lower right). Making it look as if the water is actually boiling.

I don’t typically get this much room under piers in Florida. Shot under the pier in Delray. It’s just at the point along the Atlantic coast where the water starts looking nicer. Showing those green tones that are in abundance further south.

Exciting and terrifying encounter. Right before this shot, I almost got attacked by a male monkey in the main temple. Was following a windy/dilapidated stone stairway out and walked by these guys grooming each other. Taken in Hong Kong.

After driving 5 hrs through schizo weather, I wasn’t sure what I’d be in for in Skaftafell. Wasn’t disappointed. Weather held out until I shot this image. Love the pure blue light piercing through the glacier contrasting the moody skies.
