I took this in our depot at ,Tottenham ,late 1984-85 ,Foden S106T 6x4 units ,on the left A172 VPU ,on the right B720 XWC my old unit ,both 10 litre 290 CUMMINS ,9 speed fuller gearbox .

From a magazine ,nice line up of St Albans Sand&Gravel Foden S21 tippers out side a cafe ,the front one AJH 822B was later sold to STACEY of Cheshunt ,Herts ,all dark blue red chassis and wheels.

I was so pleased to find this lovely old publicity shot ,at a show years ago Hall&co Lad Leyland Octopus (Heavy) tipper brand new being tipped up for the photographer , by one of the fitters .9956 RK fleet number 3128.-Duramin alloy body .

I drove this for a few days ,bonneted Maggi 6x4 unit, JLM 484V V8 air cooled -straight six speed gearbox.Telehoist trailer I was running household rubbish from ,Twyford ,Wembley to Ware ,Herts. Parked outside mum and dads for tea.
