A lot of rain in the final ripening of coffee fruit means a lot more sorting of the wet parchment. Luckily they do it better than anywhere in Rwanda, in both wet parchment and dry. It's a lot of extra hand labor but the coffee is worth it. #coffeeprocessi

Does anyone use the 1400 watt "popcorn pumper" for roasting? As far as vintage air poppers go, it's right up there with the West Bend Poppery 1 in terms of power and batch size. But you have to look for the oldest models of it. Later ones aren't 1400 watt
