witches frost ( Every once in a while we get a phenomena that's called a witches frost. It happens when very cold conditions exist. Happened last night! It got down to minus 8 degrees f and every thing gets coated with white ice crystals.)

Time to head home. Snow fall has picked up and visibility is dropping and an accumulation is building up. Roads are not good and will get worse because this caught everyone by surprise and I don't think the snow plows are set up. I have not seen one.
