Rye IPA tasting pretty good! Super aromatics, carbonation pretty good. Could have filtered a little better to impart a lighter color but pretty happy with this first brew on my larger system. #homebrew

Bottled 3 gallons of Rye India Pale Ale tonight. Brewed with 80% 2 Row Pale malt, 15% Oats and 5% Rye. Hopped with Columbus, then at end of boil hopped with Amarillo, Simcoe, and Citra. Dry hopped with Citra at 7 and 3 days. Comes in at about 6.8% ABV. #

Let's hope batch 6 is better than batch 5 🍻 IPA brewed with cascade and chinook hops, the dry hopped with Citra. IBUs will be up there a bit, aroma was great at time of bottling. 2 weeks until we drink it or dump it. #homebrew #ipa
