StephanieKeenan: My very own coffee trees that I planted! What a cool tour! Can you see the Arenal Volcano in the background???
StephanieKeenan: The difference between pure coffee and the other stuff... The dark one? Yeah, those are chemicals. Yuck!!!
StephanieKeenan: 2 great additions to our kitchen... This one-cup coffee maker and my much-missed Isagenix.
StephanieKeenan: I love solitude and the time to think my own thoughts without all of the chatter.
StephanieKeenan: A little beach time:). #puravida
StephanieKeenan: My "office" for the day:). This is where all of my best ideas happen. The creativity just flows!
StephanieKeenan: Open country road on the way to Rincon de la Vieja.
StephanieKeenan: My Thanksgiving view today. Some quality beach time. And for that, I am grateful.
StephanieKeenan: I love this Costa Rican mountaintop. This is from yesterday. I had just finished filming a new video for my clients.
StephanieKeenan: You can see the volcano in the distance as we approach the park. Time to explore the 3 rd kind of forest... This one is dry! Very different from the cloud forest and rain forest we have seen in the past on our adventure.
StephanieKeenan: These volcanic mud pots are full of boiling mud that has been heated by the volcano. They spew boiling mud out all day, everyday. It is pretty incredible to be so close to volcanic activity. This park had been closed off and on over the past few months du
StephanieKeenan: We could hear the mud pots through the forest at we came closer. Pop... Pop... Pop.
StephanieKeenan: Hot wasn't even the word for this place. There is so much volcanic activity here that when you pour water onto the ground, it instantly evaporates.
StephanieKeenan: Rincon de la Vieja volcanic mud pot.
