Robin Gower: I WAS WRONG, THEY ARE NOT GONE- see below —- Goodbye furry friends — hope you like your new homes
Robin Gower: Auntie Heights, I found this a few days ago and liked what it said. It’s a sweet goodbye for now, and I feel this might be what Ms. Phoebe would say to you.
Robin Gower: Good morning Panda Loving Friends! I’m guessing Auntie Heights is not able to post this morning, so I’m putting this out there. Happy SaturBei SaturJi. I hope everyone has a beautiful, pandarific day whatever you’re doing. 🐼💜

Robin Gower: Alpaca — learning about their fur
Robin Gower: Alpaca video
Robin Gower: Alpaca — we were given so much lovely information today, I wish I could remember it all. But we had had a few questions that we did finally get answered.
Robin Gower: Alpaca - we got to feed them. They didn’t even nip us. Very gentle.
Robin Gower: Alpaca - feeding and wait for the leap. That’s my friend Jane in the blue jacket.
Robin Gower: Alpaca — my girl Sedona again. Could I look any happier? LOL
Robin Gower: Alpacas — my buddy
Robin Gower: Alpacas — Sedona asking for cuddles
Robin Gower: Alpacas — it was super windy today as you can tell by my hair. Kevin photo bombed my picture with Sedona.

Robin Gower: Alpacas — Guy with Sedona and our friend Kevin
Robin Gower: Alpacas — their little noses are so so soft. It felt like velvet when they would sniff your hand.
Robin Gower: Alpacas— they were very curious and would come up to sniff us, but skitter away most of the time if you tried to pet them
Robin Gower: Alpacas - they skedaddled out of the barn when we walked in. They are very cautious as they are a prey animal.
Robin Gower: Alpacas — very curious
Robin Gower: Alpacas — this big girl was very pregnant and didn’t want anybody bothering her, including her alpaca friends. It’s called “Cushing” when they lay like this. They always curl their feet underneath them when they lay down.
Robin Gower: Alpacas — these are all females with the exception of one young male who is still with his mom
Robin Gower: Alpacas
Robin Gower: Alpacas — got a little brave and let me touch her
Robin Gower: Alpacas — several of these girls are pregnant and we are going to go back in a few weeks to see the new babies!
Robin Gower: This sweetheart is Sedona. She liked getting petted & kept coming up to me for cuddles. Their fur is very deep, similar to the pandas, & I could bury my fingers anywhere from first knuckle deep, to my entire finger deep. You could feel how warm it is.
