pwinn: Airports are the same around the world, right? You check in, get on the free wifi, buy a $4 lunch... Okay, maybe the food choices differ.
pwinn: With China’s population, there aren’t just one or two wannabe Tony Starks flying around on waterspouts, there are eight. Also eight jetskiers. And giant fireballs. Because why not?
pwinn: At a resort in China, I suspect that’s not a real Chihuly. Still impressive.
pwinn: I just dont seem to get tired of the Shenzhen skyline.
pwinn: Just a typical 7-Eleven store shelf.
pwinn: Package delivery is viewed either very seriously or very cavalierly in Shenzhen. I can’t tell which, but thats a lot of packages just outside this buiding.

pwinn: Continuing on my quest to enjoy hotpot in every city on my way to Chengdu, this time with my delightful AirBNB host and his badminton partners and friends. They told me no foreigner had ever eaten at that restaurant before!

pwinn: In-flight entertainment: Mandarin hits! Even a tiny bit of Mandarin learning makes songs make so much more sense. People sing so much more slowly than they speak, and the “tones” arent much of an issue. P.S. Im in Hong Kong now.
