2023.05.11 I switched days with another coworker to provide coverage at work. I might be 1 of the 3 in our team of 18 that like coming into the office. The rest of them, not so much. Understandable because it’s expensive. 77/365

2023.05.10 It’s Public Service Recognition Week, and one of my coworkers was awarded Employee of the Year. There was a celebration to recognize him and the other teams and managers that won awards. It’s a great way to pat ourselves on the back 76/365

2023.05.08 I’m not one to do OOTD. Most days I grab whatever is clean and washed, throw it on, largely miss, and head to work. My younger coworkers called me hip today. I look in the mirror and don’t know or understand why. 75/365

2023.05.07 A bunch of us drove up to Celia’s new home and Airbnb in Black Hawk called Meandering Moose. She’s done an exceptional job! Moose and bear sightings are very possible! It snowed whenever we were there. We also celebrated Betsy’s birthday 74/365

2023.04.24 I woke up to photos of auroras from northern Colorado. I wish I had had the energy for a late night drive but my inertia and a warm bed seemed more inviting last night. 67/365

2023.04.21 I self-appointed myself as the custodian of the kitchen. It’s truly amazing how people leave exploded food in the microwave or dump food in the sink when there’s a waste bin two steps away or simply walk away after eating at a table. 65/365

2023.04.04 We went to a drums and rhythm concert by Zakir Hussain at CU’s Macky Auditorium. Hard to believe he is now in his 70s. Almost all of the Indians in the Boulder area were there. 61/365

2023.04.03 I walked down 12 floors on dark, metal, scary stairs this morning. We were evacuated because someone decided that there was an emergency because they read something out of context and sent out an alarm. 60/365

2023.04.02 My new glasses don’t sit well on my nose and they hurt like the bloody devil behind my ears. But I fried ajwain leaves and they are delicious! 59/365

2023.04.01 Picked up my new eyeglasses. Once they have my prescription lenses in them, they never look like what they did when I first selected the frames. Took this selfie while I waited for my monthly and much-needed massage. I did laundry this morning
