The two Chedis (Naphamethinidon นภเมทินีดล and Naphaphonphumisiri นภพลภูมิสิริ) on the summit of Doi Ithanon - highest point in Thailand at 2565 MSL (temperature is very pleasant up there, in "winter" it gets down to 0 degrees!)

Khao Soi Gai ข้าวซอยไก่ at the farmers house along the Mae Ping River. Highly recommended that you try this dish. It's a northern Thai dish with a Burmese influence (ohn no khao swe / အုန်းနို့ခေါက်ဆွဲ)
