Alcohol inks again! The painted background was Atelier Permanent Sap Green dripped with Adirondack Watermelon Alcohol Ink and then dripped with Isopropyl Alcohol.

Fun with alcohol inks! Watercolour paper gessoed then painted with watered down acrylic paint (this was Lumiere Metalic Halo Pink-Gold) - spritzed with water then dropped in Adirondack Alcohol Inks (Sail Boat Blue and Citrus) then dropped in 100% isopropy

Here is Helen using the light box to paint the masking fluid onto the water colour paper.

I started by penciling words on paper, then highlighting with sharpie, then I used this on a light tracing box to write the print on the water colour paper in masking fluid. Then went crazy over the top with paint!

Rubbed off the masking fluid now. Next I will be adding some decoration with pens and pencils.

There is indeed a light at the end of the tunnel! Walking through a disused train tunnel. Scary in the centre when it got completely dark! But gorgeous reflections off the watery walls.
