Don followed in @anomamn 's footsteps and kicked our booty in yoga class tonight at @tulayoganrp and I was soaked when we finished. But somehow my hair is even better than it was before.

My faith tells me people are generally good. Kindness matters. What you ask for from the Universe is what finds you. Spring gives me hope, and this tree provides me my favorite week of spring.

Honor roll bacon breakfast with this goober. Who had sausage instead because the bacon is too crispy. It's like I don't even know him. π

It's hard to selfie a crow pose, but I'm pretty happy with my progress. Was doing a little flow at home tonight to move my body and played a little. It's a practice.

I don't like side plank on my elbow. And considering this was the second go at side plank, ugh. Toe taps while in plank we're tough too. But I worked through them. A year ago, this challenge would have been much harder and I would have felt defeated by it

Day 9 in the books. Leg day, but @thebalancedlife likes to sneak in some arms and abs too. Finished up with a little pigeon pose (ugh) and then 10 minutes of heart opening meditation. Now I'm having ice creamπ it's all about balance!

Day 3, upper body. I know I've developed so much more upper body strength with yoga, but I have a long way to go. Right now I'm happy with how strong I feel, and the drive I've found to improve myself. #21daysofpilates
