mamalang: I don't like side plank on my elbow. And considering this was the second go at side plank, ugh. Toe taps while in plank we're tough too. But I worked through them. A year ago, this challenge would have been much harder and I would have felt defeated by it
mamalang: Day 9 in the books. Leg day, but @thebalancedlife likes to sneak in some arms and abs too. Finished up with a little pigeon pose (ugh) and then 10 minutes of heart opening meditation. Now I'm having ice creamπŸ˜‚ it's all about balance!
