Basting hexagons, homeschooling, and finishing a block is how we are rolling today. I glue basted the first block, and after having to hand baste all the blocks again so I could sew them together I have learned it is better to just hand baste them from

For my birthday, my wonderful husband gave me a #sweetretreat sewing weekend without children. I was able to complete 2 quilt tops. This was the first #flighttoparadise. I love how the colors pop on this quilt.
