Buttermilk skillet cornbread and Hoppin' John (yellow eye peas with pork jowl and steamed collards that you roll like dollar bills and slice) and a Bloody Mary with pickled okra. Hello, 2013.

The live band is playing "Hello, Dolly" and these people are dancing - slowly - and this lighted dance floor at The Club in Birmingham, Alabama was apparently the inspiration for the floor in "Saturday Night Fever." Amazing.
