lakazdi: The bus from Roma Fuimacino airport to the city centre was a bit like being driven through a history museum.
lakazdi: It was hard to capture but everyone of those blue signs is supposed to help you find where you need to be. All but one explain where gate D is but all are pointing in different directions.
lakazdi: I was always surprised at the quality and the cheapness of grocery store food in France. Simply wonderful!

lakazdi: To save serious money we always walked from our hotel to the tram on the Swiss side. It was 1.2km through country side, past the old border crossing.
lakazdi: Pretty much all we saw in the city of Geneva was the overpriced food and the freezing lake.
lakazdi: Public art commemorating all the mathematical and scientific break throughs that lead to the discovery of Higgs-Boson. It was most wonderful to see the information listed in the original language of the discoverer.

lakazdi: The exhibits were well set up. Example to show scale this room used mirrors and a quarter of the circle at full scale.
lakazdi: Nothing at CERN was labeled well so you end up seeing this big pipe full of mechanics and you don't know anything more after you leave the room. Waste really since we were all there to learn.
