Various birthday swag. Kid-made cards and children singing (sometimes screaming) happy birthday are among some of the most heartwarming gifts (but all are appreciated).

Today I realized I'm wearing the same dress I wore exactly 2 years ago. The difference is that I'm over 50 lbs lighter today than I was then. Progress might be slow, but at least I can tell I'm getting healthier.
