Skin the sausage and break it up

Chop up three or four good little shallots

add water to keep the mix from frying too fast and to mix the flavours

add the shallots (peppers, mushrooms also if you have them)

cook gently adding some water if needed

add some tomatoes (we had to use sterilized ones because it's winter)

Mix the pre-cooked pasta into the sauce
