mrs. peters and mrs. hale found the evidence, it was a blanket, a rope, and an empty canary cage

mrs. peters is married to sheriff peters, at first she doesn't want to say anything

mrs. hale is married to mr. hale, who wants to move into the wright's house,
2005 - 2009:
but first county attorney mr. henderson has to send mrs. wright to jail for good

minnie wright's only friend was her canary because her husband treated her badly, female solidarity vs. obligation

mrs. hale , and mrs. peters never were friends with mrs. wright but now they feel guilty because they love mrs. wright

mrs. peters could relate to mrs. wright, as when she was a child she lost a childhood puppy to a boy,

minnie wright had a gun in the house but for some reason she used a rope on mr. wright.
