The is the outside grid of my HVAC duct in my living room. Maintenance told me it was normal to see that much wetness on the duct come out.

You can see a portion of the ceiling tiles that fell due to water leak pipes. We were fortunate no on was hurt when these tiles fell (all though I was at a previous time in a hallway).

These pipes are behind my brand new kitchen cabinet. Water intrusion on the walls, and look at these water pipes. Maintenance would not change the pipes before the new cabinets were installed.
