Mold Environment: Moldy debris from inside wall of community room
Mold Environment: Water pipe leak. Insulation inside the wall appears to be moldy.
Mold Environment: Wall left open for a few days with no proper drying of inside wet wall and insulation. Left to air dry for longer than 48 hours.
Mold Environment: Water spurts out of the pipe. Insulation in this wall also appears to be moldy.
Mold Environment: Closer picture of water leak. The insulation in the walls are not usually replaced after pipes are fixed.
Mold Environment: HVAC duct tested positive for the toxic molds, and supplies central air and heat for this tenant.
Mold Environment: HVAC duct in my apartment tests positive for aspergillus, pencillium, etc. and provides heat and air conditioning to my living room.
Mold Environment: Ceiling pipes broke, and carpet was left to air dry with no fans until it dried out by itself.
Mold Environment: You can see a portion of the ceiling tiles that fell due to water leak pipes. We were fortunate no on was hurt when these tiles fell (all though I was at a previous time in a hallway).
Mold Environment: These pipes are behind my brand new kitchen cabinet. Water intrusion on the walls, and look at these water pipes. Maintenance would not change the pipes before the new cabinets were installed.
Mold Environment: My living room HVAC duct, as before tested positive for toxic molds.
Mold Environment: Ceiling water pipe in the hallway on my floor was duct taped and tin foiled to stop the leak.
Mold Environment: Another water pipe in the hallway ceiling breaks.
Mold Environment: Another angle of the ceiling water pipe that maintenance put tin foil and duct tape on to stop leak
Mold Environment: The is the outside grid of my HVAC duct in my living room. Maintenance told me it was normal to see that much wetness on the duct come out.
Mold Environment: Kitchen wall with pipes behind my cabinets that were never fixed. I fear they can break at anytime.
Mold Environment: Another ceiling water pipe, maintenance duct taped to stop leak.
Mold Environment: Neighbors living room wall, was not fixed before she passed away.
Mold Environment: Neighbor's bathroom wall to ceiling. Not fixed before she passed away.
Mold Environment: Another wall in the neighbors apartment with water intrusion. After she passed away, and was rented to another tenant then it was scraped and repainted.
Mold Environment: Water pipe leak on another floor in the hallway wall.
Mold Environment: Moldy debris from a 20 foot wall in a common area community room that was taken out of the front main entrance not contained.
Mold Environment: Different angle of the moldy debris in the dumpster outside. Not contained before taken out of main entrance in a grey bin by contractor/carpenter.
Mold Environment: Additional angl of some of the moldy wall paper and wall board from the common area community that was discarded in an outside dumpster. This was taken out through main entrance not contained.
Mold Environment: Another hallway, water pipe leaks. Insulation left on floor for a few days.
Mold Environment: Insulation left outside the hallway near my apartment when water pipe leaked in hallway wall.
Mold Environment: Wet insulation again, left in the hallway from water pipe leak.
Mold Environment: Inside of my HVAC system that tested positive for toxic molds and was not remediated. This is what made me sick other than the mold in the rest of the building.
