Mmmmmmmm butter beer. I know it's not very dark artsy, but I do love beer. I like the book with the star. I didn't at first but it really goes with the other book.

I love the skull spine. Reminds me of the dark mark. The wolf book is one of my favs too. I love how this block turned out.

Wow ... It turned out pretty good. I had some trouble putting this one together. So thick! With tiny pieces. I really love the nails and the star book. I'm still not sure about the red one. But when I put it with the other blocks, it looks good.

These are blocks for my daughters. My oldest plays the cello, so I wanted to incorporate that in the quilt some where. I'm sure there was musicians in the wizard ing world. The Owl book is for my youngest because she loves owls.

Very glittery. I got over my fear of this block and just did it. It's not perfect, but I love it. I wanted to put the does next to the book as an homage to Severus. I used gold glitter fabric for the skull - doesn't show up as well in photo.

This is my second block 1. This one has a lighter background - more appropriate for the girls to snuggle under. Gotta incorporate Griffindor and RavencIaw in there. Brighter books too.

My first POD block. Very new to foundation piecing, so not too shabby for the first one I did without my coach! I love the sparkly fabric. This one is definitely mine!!
