Lewi Hirvela: Dad’s sautéed kangaroo last night was amazing. He made it in the style we usually use reindeer for when I’m the arctic circle. Simply sautéed with onion and some salt/spices served with potato mash (which he’s also a master at making the best version of)
Lewi Hirvela: IKEA no longer does fish based caviar paste so this is Vegiar, vegan caviar paste. Honestly wouldn’t be able to tell the difference.

Lewi Hirvela: Left over Xmas prawns bisque! Froze the left over meat because it was trawler fresh then steamed ‘em. Made the bisque from the heads and shells and some prawn meat. Pretty dang good.
