First time they've been able to celebrate their birthdays together. They're one day apart. I am happy that Jon and I could tag along. Mexican food at Fonda La Catrina. Ba-rilliant! Food adventures with these guys are the BEST.

Birthday adventures with Jon and Shannon are the best. Why wait in line in the wind when you can walk across the street to the Machine Brewery, have some fresh half-pints, and listen to live music. Love it when the awesome just happens. Oh, and I couldn't

They did so good. Cool old architecture, local artist shops, and cafes are just not their thing. But they knew mom loved those things and wanted her to enjoy them on her birthday. The ice cream later was definitely their thing.

Yesterday was a wonderful day celebrating Jude and Shannon. They share the same birthday. We enjoyed the summer weather eating Cuban sandwiches by the lake and got some incredible ice cream at Molly Moon's. Jude was wiped and couldn't even stay awake for

Song of the Sea. We watched this movie with the kids last night. Every single frame is an incredible hand drawn delight, a beautiful piece of art to be framed and hung on the wall. The story is wonderful, mystical, and moving. It's a brilliant wielding of
