When I saw this plain looking Boeing 707 in AMARG, I assumed it represented the many civvy ex airliners there to donate parts to keep the Stratotanker fleet going- in fact AACZ0194 is an EC-137E, 64-19417. It's definately ex BCal (G-AYEX), and likely CIA.

The Indian AF have one operational Boeing 707- it looks a lot like a RC-135 and likely does a similar job. They also keep this other one, seen pushed into the jungle at New Delhi IAP, for spares- K2900 (ex VT-DVB). Look in my India album for a pic
