One of the many paths through the woods ... the fern at the front right wasn't planted, but is perfect in that spot. We (again) had rain most of the day. I took a short walk when it paused and even had some brief sunshine.

Bloodroot leaves, aptly named because the roots are a deep red. It has a short-lived, gorgeous white flower in early spring.

I missed a day in my #the100dayproject ... last Wednesday ... but made it up by taking 6 photos yesterday :) Note to self: buy more film.

How I feel today ... I think the book I'm reading and the gray day is creating anxiety. Almost done with the book (book group is this evening) and hoping for sunshine tomorrow :)

an Instax mistake ... forgot about the automatic flash while shooting through a window. rain outside, raindrops on the window, a seredipitous flash reflection and I love the result.
