Green tea saison left, un-tea'd saison right. Interesting results! Appears dry hopping with tea both increases head retention/quality (smaller, more tightly packed bubbles) and creates pretty intense haze. The more you know! ✨

My most recent hoppy beer... an APA w/ just centennial on the hot side, mosaic & hallertau blanc in the dry hop. Mix of leftover dry yeasts including S04, US-05, and Nottingham. Only weeks in the bottle, but properly carbed and tasting fine. 🍻

Chole bature at BAPS in Chino Hills. One of the better meals in a month or so of great meals, and it was in a cafeteria.
