After getting shit down in Lake Tahoe, I checked TPE for sunrise perditions and wouldn’t you know the best opportunity for color was San Francisco... so off we went. There’s a reason they call this bridge the Golden Gate.

Adding one more photo to the plethora of Blood moon photos posted over the past few days. The skies over San Diego were streaked with silky clouds which made capturing a clear image of the “blood moon” phase very challenging.

We decided to make a quick trip down to San Diego to spend time with a sick relative, but took the opportunity to sneak away and catch the sunrise in La Jolla this morning. It did not disappoint.

One of my early morning shots from yesterday morning at the American River confluence. It was still pretty dark, so the longer exposure created a nice effect on the fog rolling through the valley. — at American River Confluence.
