Some of the plates finished with a wide footring for support . I am pleased with them, I like the way they are slightly raised while retaining a flat appearance. I hope that they will survive the hellish atmosphere of the long woodfiring !

Plates galore ! A nice order from some lovely customers who came along to my Christmas sale. I enjoy making plates although they take up so much space in the kiln. Some will be glazed with a white ash glaze and others with a shino. Exciting !
