In case you were wondering, I finished the Double Dipsea in 3 hours and 30 minutes. Had some issues with cramping at the end, but toughed it out. I took a dip in the Pacific afterwards: talk about a natural ice bath! #latergram #suuntorun #altrarunning

After a year's hiatus, I have returned to the Oakland Running Festival. Did the 5k with the family and then ran the half. First time for me doing those at ORF. I've now done all of the distances!
