Finally gave littlest dude his first haircut this evening and for those that think 15 months is early...Jamison's first cut was at 3.5 months, but that dude was born with a full head of hair & a side part

Got started early this morning. Of course the only time we have to plant it's 40* & windy. Now to shower & head to the hospital, my newest nephew is debuting today!
