Dark colored Masdevallia arminii in situ, endemic (exclusive) from Colombia. One of my best observations in 2024. I like so much species from the subsection caudatae of Masdevallia that it is always a great moment to see one of these in the wild !!!

Surprise !!! Clowesia warscewiczii. I did not expect to find because, thinking it lived in another region. Suddenly it appeared in situ during an 11 days tour I guided in Valle del Cauca and Cauca depts, Colombia. A genus I had never seen blooming wild !
