1962 10 10 雙十前夕陳松林升旗起義共匪控制下九龍紅磡中華書局印刷廠中，由傾向自由的員工於十月九日上午十一時零二分在該書局正門的旗桿上，升起青天白日滿地紅的國旗，並散發反共傳單。這面國旗寬約四尺，飄揚了十五分鐘，當時許多新聞記者馳到現場攝影採訪，附近群眾曾鼓掌歡呼達十多分鐘。
