It's true Instagram can make any meal looks delicious! Here is my version of a poor man's gourmet fish dinner. Broiled hake over whole grain rice infused with cilantro pest, topped with breadcrumbs, peanuts and homemade salsa... And a side of green beans

Our 7 pigs will meet the butcher early in the morning. They will be missed and we are grateful to eat #realfood with dignity. They had it good, now it's time for bacon.
