Incomplete May challenge for Colored Pencil Magazine. Prismacolor Premier Advanced Unfortunately I ran out of time this month!

My very first coloured pencil drawing - October 2016. Done with Laurentien 48 pack of student grade coloured pencils on black artigain. It looks nothing like my reference photo but it gave me the itch to do more! :)

"Painted Roses" 11x14" Inktense and Prismacolor with touches of panpastel silver on the crackled background.

"Prairie Perch" 7.5x12.5" Bristol Vellum Prismacolor Watercolor (90%) Hint of Brusho powder on background. Beginner - and my first attempt with watercolor pencils! Working with all of the textures was a great way to develop and practice.
