It's by this, somewhat tired, sign that the old Kings Trail from lake Tjieggelvas connects to the new one.

The weather has cleared up as I reached the open fell. The peak in the middle is Giettsegájsse.

Vuonatjviken is somewhere down there by the lake. Quite a few kilometers of forest walking awaits.

For some reason I never took any pictures of Vuonatjviken. So I took this one when I reached the open fell. If you look close you can see some houses on the opposite side.
