1982 Twirly Curls Barbie. Made in the Philippines. This variant seem to have the symmetrical eyes with normal eyebrows. I’ve seen 3 other variations so far: Matte face with bold eyes & brows, innocent shiny face with a wonky left eye, high forehead matte

I took another chance on blurry photos of a Philippine Twirly Curls Barbie on Ebay. And had a pleasant surprise when I unpacked her. A variation that is very similar to the Taiwanese. Not quite exactly the version I wanted but I’m not disappointed either
