It took one blade to do the cutting for the brass templates. Pile for the stainless steel. I don’t even attempt to cut close to the lines. With the new drill press, next time I’ll drill a series of holes and then use the jewelry saw, it’s gotta be easier

Well, that went poorly...but still works in a fashion.

Well, that went poorly...made a mistake grinding, it’s supposed to line up 3pcs of dropout for Brazing faces on, which is difficult to see when covered in flux. Was looking for a 100% bang on method, slip everything together, clamp, remove, braze. Still s
