n czernysz: With the iPad it was a battle to get this shot. Had to trick the focus 20-30 attempts, this is the best one. Same type of part that was measured in last posted pic, out of tolerance, so I took it home. We called it the "handheld collector".
n czernysz: Swiss Instruments kindly inspecting a dozen of the very first CNC parts that I made. I used a shop made spherometer to inspect the radius and they confirmed all my measurements. Saved the shop a lot of cash.
n czernysz: Collectors, this is different than the handheld. Only one braze. The hypodermic needle gets gold plated, comes back to us, and then last step is the polishing.
