Step 1 & 2 completed in the making of ultra-crispy slow-roasted pork shoulder. Step 3: letting it rest for awhile (in my case, until tomorrow). Step 4: back in the oven at high temp to crisp up the skin. Then it's taco time! #pork #cooking #yum

Trying out some more Chinese egg tarts, this time from Bread Corner in Rockville. We also tried the Portuguese egg tarts, which are better than the regular ones IMO (although no where near as good as the ones we ate in Lisbon).
