ydocnameloc: I decided these cabs were racing to be the first to reach the second tree featured here. The one closest to the camera won by a headlight. The second one was immediately crushed by a giant Christmas wreath.
ydocnameloc: Just another xmas shot
ydocnameloc: You can't really see it but this church inadvertantly admitted that if you pass through the doors you'd have to eat yourself. This church was bad-ass.

ydocnameloc: New York has some awesome architecture. I may not be a religious man, but I love a good gothic church.
ydocnameloc: Times Square and the Power of Mamm
ydocnameloc: (less exposed Cell-phone shot) New York has some awesome architecture. I may not be a religious man, but I love a good gothic church.
ydocnameloc: Ignoring the urge to make a terrible literal pun.
ydocnameloc: Another Christmas shot.
ydocnameloc: Buildings in New York are really tall. If it wasn't so exposed you could see Spiderman saving a hot dog from the evil clutches of doctor-asshole-that-ganked-my-lunch.
ydocnameloc: Broadway may be closed, but Duane Reade is always open. Take that, culture!
ydocnameloc: The Rockerfeller Center tree was still up for the first half of the week. That was pretty awesome.
ydocnameloc: Here, Matt is seen looking perhaps moderately annoyed. I'm going to say this was because he forgot his gloves...like every day.
ydocnameloc: Here this golden God looks on all those who skate below him...determining which one to reward with a shower...a gol..d...okay...yeah that's gross.
ydocnameloc: We followed a GPS through Columbus Circle trying to find a Best Buy. It took us forever to find what it said was 15 feet from us. It lied a little bit.
ydocnameloc: Columbus Circle had some trees that had lights on them that made them look like tiny cherry blossoms. It was really gorgeous during the day and even more so at night.
ydocnameloc: I forget what park this was, but it was featured in "Elf" at one point. The trees had a really nice glow. Shortly after the gamma radiation faded, however, the Hulk quickly, as he put it, "smashed".
ydocnameloc: This was one of my favorite things that I saw on this trip. Where I live, it is rare to see kenetic water freeze solid...much less a fountain full of it.

ydocnameloc: This park had a first name...It's B..something...some...okay I forget what it was called. It was featured in Elf though.
ydocnameloc: This picture isn't blury. This building was just phasing in from an alternate dimension.
ydocnameloc: The M&M store attempts to entice you with sensuality. Disgusted by this, the SouthLand guy sprints off.
ydocnameloc: I like that the trash can is listed as the info center. It contains all kinds of useful knowledge...like how much slime can build up on one leaky Starbucks cup over the course of a day or two when food and other such waste is piled on top of it.
ydocnameloc: Central Park 2 (800x600)
ydocnameloc: As we waited for Lucien we stumbled on the hotel that Home Alone 2 was filmed in. Outside of said hotel there was a statue of a lady that appears to be trying to fend off an approaching mob of Christmas trees. Good luck statue-lady.
ydocnameloc: Nikki walks down the hall of a hotel that would leave her in awe.
ydocnameloc: Plaza Hotel 2 (600x800)
ydocnameloc: It's a light...what do you want?
ydocnameloc: This was the area where we sat before drawing out a home-alone style boobytrap layout of the Plaza Hotel.
