From Kathmandu in Nepal I took a bus to Zhangmu, a customs town on the border of Nepal and Tibet, at 2300 meters.

First time to break 5000 meters. Starting at 2300 meters in Zhangmu, the La-Lung-la pass at 5050 meters was peak for the day, then we descended to lower terrain.
