tanglebox1: Hanging out on my sewing table.
tanglebox1: The second ugly truth: LOL
tanglebox1: The ugly truth: my sewing studio: LOL
tanglebox1: OrchidCOY
tanglebox1: This is just half of my fabric stash. The other half is doll fabric. Lol!
tanglebox1: Oooooh...look at the pretties that came today. Hmmm, wonder what the snowflakes are for?
tanglebox1: Working on a blouse with my best buddy Carol!
tanglebox1: Oooooh, look what arrived today from England for my SD girls! I can knit but the lovely woman who made this did it in only a couple of days. Not me! Lol I'd take months!
tanglebox1: Here's how it looks on Tessa. It's 21 inches by 10.
tanglebox1: How's this look?
tanglebox1: Or this? Lol.
tanglebox1: Or this....Lol.
tanglebox1: Learning how to smock!!!
tanglebox1: Redbud is just starting to bloom!
tanglebox1: Scale: 1/4" diamonds in metallic gold.
tanglebox1: Another little tip...when sewing with lighter weight fabrics, use smaller diameter threads such as the 80wt Madera Cotona and a needle size of 9 or 10. The thread disappears into the fabric.
tanglebox1: Just finished this cute little pincushion! :-)
tanglebox1: My Eudoxa lilies are finally blooming! Oh...if you could smell the fragrance!

tanglebox1: This is strips of bias lattice sewn down onto cotton lawn.
tanglebox1: Here is the completed bias lattice with lace applied. I'm teaching this next month to my class. I think they're going to love it!
tanglebox1: Salmon star - I couldn't get to them before they were pollen stained. Gorgeous anyway!
tanglebox1: More progress. I'll be teaching this to my class in August. It's a combination of heirloom, crazy quilt embroidery and Alabama Channing inspiration. I just have to figure out what stitch to use to fix the cross bars in place.
tanglebox1: A small birthday gift for a friend. I thought she could hang it in her sewing room.
tanglebox1: Birthday gift
tanglebox1: Again.
tanglebox1: I use this paper tape for altering patterns. You can also use it on BJDs without fear of leaving any sticky residue. You can also iron on it.
