su-lin: There was also a lovely salad with lentils.
su-lin: Roast rabbit with honey and soy - this was excellent!
su-lin: And my first time having tocinillo de cielo - the Spanish egg yolk and sugar treat. It's very sweet, as expected, but delicious!

su-lin: Patates Garrotxa, aka patates d'Olot, aka patates de Besalú, all names for this dish of sliced potatoes stuffed with meat and fried.
su-lin: Arròs de Pals amb verdures i bacallà. Rice from Pals with vegetables and salted cod.
su-lin: Blai divided up today's dessert - a coca de cabell d'àngel (literally angel hair...a jam made with a particular squash with hairy flesh).
