Thrifty gal....I get so many great bargains/ should be taking pics of everything- but am excited about my capelli New York rain boots for 3.78! Not flowers, but they'll do for knockin around in the wet garden, etc ! Not too shabby!

Not from the thrift store this time but 'thrifty' all the same-the library has a 'for sale' area, books go for a few bucks each but they have a 50cent shelf too- what a bargain for a buck! 2 good books( pretty sure I read Atonement.def. saw flik)for OPC.

This week's thrifty gal find: 2.99 a Worthington petite (22.00/12.00 on sale) @ Penney'.s... love the colors and pattern ( not 'ultra-hip,'but it does look good with a black skirt and sandals) 😍

Finally- The Great Gatsby @ CHKD thrift., wanted this classic for OPC’s collection.. havecread otherwise by Yann Martel but not Life of Pi.. and a second book from Tatiana de Rosnay (Sarah’s Key, that was awesome) & funny collection of short stories
