Shaugran: I drove for 5 hours and then went home for a pastrami sandwich on wheat bread with mayo, brie, romaine lettuce, and mud brownie.
Shaugran: After some dance practice learning the Landeler, I went to Junior's and had a cup of coffee, a bowl of chicken noodle matzo ball soup, two onion rings, and 3 forks of chocolate swirl cheesecake.
Shaugran: So I drove for a little more than 4 hour and had about 5 handfuls of this trail mix to sustain me and help me resist fast food cravings. I drank about 3 liters of water during the day.
Shaugran: I went to bed around 1:30 am last night and got up at 7am. I went to move the car at 7:30 and on a whim, turned on the Uber app. 5 1/2 hours later, I'm sitting at the Vince Lombardi rest stop on I95.
Shaugran: After I finished driving for the afternoon, I walked 2 miles, . . .
Shaugran: Had a late snack to end my evening. Sautéed chicken sausage, snap peas, with Russian salad, and leftover cheesecake. Went to bed around 1:30.
Shaugran: I got up at 6:30, showered, brushed teeth, and shaved. I ate breakfast and then moved the car.
Shaugran: Dinner: Pesto chicken breast, mushroom ravioli (3 servings), heirloom tomato. Beverage: water.
Shaugran: Breakfast: Toasted English Muffin with peanutbutter chocolate spread, banana, and large coffee with honey and cream
Shaugran: My Lunch: Spicy salmon maki and a tuna and salmon maki.
Shaugran: Dinner before driving yesterday afternoon. Sautéed green and yellow squash, green beans, onion, and chicken, paired with rice. Drove from 4:30-11pm.
Shaugran: Snack. Had several handfuls of this when I drove. Went to bed at midnight. ♡
Shaugran: Woke up at 7. Breakfast was Apple Jacks and Raisin Bran in almond milk.
Shaugran: Second breakfast and lunch. Bacon, 3 fried eggs, and rice. Steak and pork tacos with guac, onions, cilantro, and radishes. I drank a liter of water while driving and during lunch.
Shaugran: Snacks and coffee to keep me awake on the road, and seafood delight with rice for dinner. Drove for 4 more hours then had a meeting during dinner. Then I drove home.
Shaugran: Beverages today: water, ginger beer with voldka and soda water, 2 glasses of sangria.
Shaugran: Meals: breakfast of eggs, rice, and bacon, snacks of mixed nuts, dinner of rice, leftover pesto chicken, green and yellow squash, green beans.
Shaugran: Post outing meal? Rice, squashes, green beans, onions, chicken, and 3 dates. Went to bed at 2:15am and woke up at 7:45am.
Shaugran: Good sleep, breakfast of rice, 3 fried eggs, 6 strips of bacon, snacks of veggie straws, pretzel sticks, and hummus.
Shaugran: After Beach Ice Cream: rocky road, nutty coconut, and pistachio flavored scoops. Dinner was Thai food: yellow curry with chicken, potatoes, onion, bell pepper, and green beans.
Shaugran: Lunch on Sunday was a pastrami sandwich with lettuce, cheese stick, and peach. Dinner was more cheese sticks and another pastrami sandwich. Large coffee.
Shaugran: Breakfast Monday: curry chicken, sautéed egg plant with onion and basil, served with rice.
Shaugran: Tuesday breakfast. Sausage egg amd cheese Mcgriddle, hash browns, large coffee.
Shaugran: Lunch Tuesday. Egg drop soup, rice, shrimp, snow peas, and peach Snapple.
Shaugran: Dinner last night was the curry chicken with rice and eggplant (no basil this time). Bedtime at 1am. Taught 2 hrs of dance and then drove the rest of the night.
Shaugran: Breakfast today was the curry chicken with rice and eggplant (no basil this time), a few dates. Woke up at 7:30. Drove after. Felt good, had some sexy dreams about former dance instructors.
Shaugran: Wrote two postcards, and now I'm going to drive.
Shaugran: Late lunch, 3 steak tacos and a diet coke. I've been driving since 11:30.
Shaugran: Breakfast this morning was a BK Sausage, Egg, and cheese croisssant, hash browns, large coffee. This misto is for the road back.
