Alfred Fartknocker: Four pointy looking IAI Kfirs rest in a revetment at Hatzerim. (725) nearest, a C.1.
Alfred Fartknocker: Israeli tanks exercise somewhere in the Negev desert. Can anyone identify the type?
Alfred Fartknocker: This Boeing 720 was dumped in a compound near the IAF museum at Hatzerim. Looks like the nosecone from a Lavi. 010 is ex 4X-JYG This one started with American as N7527A and flew for Monarch and Cyprus amongst others.
Alfred Fartknocker: This Nord Noratlas hails from the period when Israel bought arms from the French. 055 is one of a pair dumped at Hatzerim, which were due to be scrapped. They seem to be extant as of 2023 though?
Alfred Fartknocker: This unmarked D'Assault Mystere was photographed in Haifa, Israel.
Alfred Fartknocker: There are several revetments at Hatzerim, full of jets. Four IDF/ AF A-4 Skyhawks are in this pic, plus the remains of a scrapped grey jet lower left. 359 is an A-4N, ex Bu.Aer 159088 although it didn't ever fly for the US Navy.

Alfred Fartknocker: This IDF/AF F-4E is stored at Hatzerim. Its smiting days are over.

Alfred Fartknocker: I finally shake my guide off at Hatzerim. This IAI Tzukit, #623 was one of six in this revetment. It was previously serialled 126. The Tzukit was a license built Fouga Magister with new engines and many modifications.
Alfred Fartknocker: One of many Skyhawks stored at Hatzerim was this A-4N. IDF/ AF 337 is ex Bu.Aer 159083 although I don't think it flew for the US.

Alfred Fartknocker: One of many F-4E Phantoms in a revetment at Hatzerim. I managed to read the fin serial, although it was painted over, but without my logs I can't tie up this pic. It's probably 261, and if so 71-1791.
Alfred Fartknocker: This F-4E is one of 18 in this revetment. 108 is ex 68-0398.
