This Azerbaijan Government A319CJ is normally found at Baku. Here it is visiting Astana, Kazakhstan. C/n 2487 was previously 4K-AI02 before becoming the much catchier 4K-8888. It's also known as 'Baku 2', although I can't see any '2'.

There's always a few Mi-8 scattered around at Yekaterinburg, Russia. This one is an Mi-8MTV-1 (MTB-1 in cyrillic characters), RF-31133. It's operated by the Ministry for Emergency Situations.
