DUPLICATE GUARD TOWER. THERE WERE SEVERAL. AFTER AWHILE THEY WERE NO LONGER MANNED BUT THE LIGHT WAS TURNED ON AT NIGHT TO MAKE THE RESIDENTS OF THE AREA FEEL SECURE.
