There were some big cherries in clusters like I have not seen before- the pattern in the sky is the bird netting above the trees

Yesterday when we stopped to buy honey the folks told us how to find the Sorell fruit farm- something we had not done in our six months (nearly) here - this is a small portion of our cherry picking

Some of the fruit trees under bird netting to protect the fruit - although going by what I saw much of it is eaten by the customers while picking their purchase ( talk about getting a good deal)

The rows of strawberries - pick your own in season (November to May)
ron_co2002:
Alenka tried their roast vegetable frittata - hope I got that right- I had an icecream and then went out to pick cherries while she finished off her meal- we had not planned on coming here
ron_co2002:
The outside view of the Sorell farm restaurant -you also go here to pick up your punnets / buckets to pick your own fresh fruit
